📋 Description

• Take full ownership of backend features and improvements, from design through implementation, deployment, and production support • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and Django • Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including KYC, geolocation, and payment partners, and other third-party services • Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new integrations • Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting • Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability, prevent regressions, and improve overall test coverage and testing practices • Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of development experience, with Python as the primary language and strong experience in API and system integrations • Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, with deep understanding of webhooks, callbacks, idempotency, and failure handling. **Payments and KYC integrations are strong plus** • Experience with observability tools to monitor and troubleshoot production integrations • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and concurrency • Experience in architecture design of highly loaded and scalable solutions • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and production monitoring • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
