📋 Description

• Advise clients on refining research questions and qualifying requirements • Manage expectations regarding realistically deliverable flight outcomes • Turn findings into decision-ready recommendations on product, value proposition, and pricing • Present recommendations to decision-makers in results calls • Derive subsequent flights from findings and drive them forward with the client team through commissioning • Work closely with Account Management • Design flights, including the research question, test architecture, variants, target audience, channel, sample size, budget, field time, and decision and stop criteria • Create ads, landing pages, product content, and exit journeys with team members • Own campaign setup, QA, and go-live • Manage multiple concurrent flights, coordinate project teams and client stakeholders, and identify delivery risks • Analyze conversion rates, effect sizes, statistical significance, CPC, and benchmarks • Clearly articulate uncertainties and create results presentations • Automate operational flight execution, including ad setup, QA, analysis, and deck creation • Contribute research logic to the next generation of the software and an AI agent for flight preparation • Expand into new testing channels and consulting formats • Cut the time from kick-off to results call in half within the first twelve months, without compromising quality

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in demanding, client-facing B2B roles, such as consulting, venture development, an innovation unit, market research, or an agency • Proven ownership of projects in front of clients, rather than exclusively providing support • Strong communication and assertiveness • Ability to lead clients and make recommendations on next steps • Empathy for complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and perspectives • Ability to communicate test setups and findings effectively to different target audiences • Affinity for market research and campaigns • Ability to read and interpret quantitative data • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads • Advanced AI user: able to build skills, workflows, automations, and artifacts, with examples to demonstrate • Native-level German • Near-fluent English • Not currently working as a freelancer and not seeking to remain permanently self-employed
