📋 Description

• Review images and videos before publishing • Check spelling, grammar, translation, and language accuracy • Ensure content is culturally and contextually relevant for each language • Identify blurred visuals, poor layouts, incorrect text placement, low-quality edits, and misleading content • Review festivals, devotional, wishes, motivation, Suvichar, political, and trending content • Verify language, category, tags, and metadata • Prevent cross-language, duplicate, and irrelevant content from entering the feed • Maintain and follow a clear QC checklist and quality standards • Share regular feedback with creators and editors • Track recurring mistakes and highlight creator- and language-level quality issues • Coordinate with Content Ops, Growth, and Marketing teams during major events and festivals • Maintain fast turnaround without compromising content quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university • Strong command of the respective regional language • Good understanding of local culture, festivals, trends, and social-media content • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach • Ability to quickly identify linguistic, visual, and contextual errors • Basic understanding of image/video editing and design quality • Ability to handle high-volume content during events and campaigns • Good communication and feedback skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment • Experience in content quality control, moderation, or content operations is preferred • Strong eye for emotionally powerful or viral content • Awareness of Indian tier 2,3 audience’s status consumption habits
