• Publish Packt products on the Packt website according to planned timelines • Distribute books, videos, and courses to channel partners according to SLA • Build strong relationships through effective collaboration • Train team members on clients, processes, and best practices • Update and maintain distribution-channel guidelines and workflows • Ensure quality through rigorous checks and adherence to standards • Monitor product availability on distributed platforms and maintain accurate system data • Adapt to system changes and new processes • Handle multiple requests from various channels • Research topics to enhance knowledge and problem-solving
