📋 Description

• Write scripts for short-form learning, edutainment, and digital video content. • Develop strong hooks, narrative flow, information structure, pacing, and CTAs. • Simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and conversational content. • Create content across Finance, Career, Business, English, AI, Social Media, and Government categories. • Develop episodic formats, content series, and recurring content properties. • Conduct research and fact-check information before scripting. • Adapt scripts based on audience insights, language, trends, and content performance. • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are production-friendly. • Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, and content refinement while maintaining originality and accuracy. • Create content focused on viewer retention, understanding, and continued watching.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in short-form video writing, digital media, YouTube, Reels, edutainment, or creator-led content. • Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement. • Strong research, fact-checking, and information-simplification skills. • Ability to write conversational and engaging scripts rather than traditional articles/blogs. • Native or strong proficiency in Kannada Language. • Good understanding of how written scripts translate into visual/video storytelling. • Comfortable using AI tools for content research, ideation, and refinement. • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ownership.
