📋 Description

• Create high-converting short-form ads for Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Use AI tools for video creation and enhancements • Create innovative video formats, engaging motion graphics, UI/UX overlays, and AI product demonstrations • Optimize videos for audience retention and low customer acquisition cost • Collaborate with Promo Writers to transform scripts into engaging videos • Apply pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll • Edit videos in English and Tamil with linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance • Optimize videos for target audiences and specific platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of experience in Video Editing for performance marketing or digital advertising • Experience editing Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Knowledge of AI video generation tools and motion graphics • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil or any regional language (Read, Write & Speak) • Must have a personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection for a Work From Home setup • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve • Hands-on experience with or willingness to use AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Higgsfield, Google Flow, or similar tools
