📋 Description

• Build high performance, low latency, scalable web applications for real-time trading and financial data • Investigate and solve complex engineering problems across the frontend, APIs, and real-time data flows • Contribute to technical decisions and continuously improve the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the platform • Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and other engineering teams to build and evolve Atlas • Own products end-to-end, from idea to production monitoring • Manage live incidents, write post-mortems, and implement long-term fixes • Deliver exceptional product experiences and maximize user impact

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals and a solid understanding of the challenges involved in building reliable, performant web applications • Good problem solving and debugging skills, with a willingness to dig into unfamiliar or complex problems • A willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and grow with the product and the team • An interest in how engineering decisions affect performance, reliability, and user experience • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience building applications with React, Next.js, Redux, REST or GraphQL (nice to have) • Experience with real-time systems and high frequency data updates using technologies such as WebSockets or SSE (nice to have) • Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or market data (nice to have) • Experience with browser performance profiling and optimization (nice to have) • Up to 5 years of professional software engineering experience (nice to have)
