📋 Description

• Build and lead a mobile development app team • Manage the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle of the iOS and Android mobile banking app • Translate strategic priorities into tactical execution plans for app development • Support the launch and scaling of mobile banking app functionalities • Develop and launch new digital products by coordinating profitability analysis, approvals, business requirements, and delivery planning • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders and management • Define and monitor KPIs related to app development, customer experience, product adoption, and delivery efficiency • Collaborate with business, product, design, development, QA, operations, and customer support teams • Address user feedback, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities • Identify user needs, product opportunities, and gaps through product and market analysis • Support alignment with internal standards, risk requirements, security expectations, banking requirements, and data protection requirements • Develop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, and process flows

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role • Experience with financial mobile apps, banking apps, payments, or fintech products • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, app architecture, integrations, and cross-platform development approaches • Experience in an Agile development environment using Scrum or Kanban • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services, authentication systems, banking APIs, and third-party vendor SDKs • Understanding of QA methodologies, testing approaches, defect management, and release validation • Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles • Fluent English, written and spoken • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
