📋 Description
• Conduct video and phone consultations with new and existing patients • Provide clinical assessment, education and treatment recommendations within scope • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines • Review patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate • Triage complex cases to medical practitioners or pharmacists where required • Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals and internal teams • Contribute feedback to improve systems, protocols and overall patient experience
🎯 Requirements
• Master of Nursing qualification • Current unrestricted endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA • Current PBS prescriber number, or eligibility to obtain one • Recent experience practising as a Nurse Practitioner in primary healthcare • Confidence working autonomously within a telehealth or digital health environment • Strong clinical judgement and patient-centred communication style • Alignment with evidence-based, ethical care delivery
