📋 Description

• Develop the vision for the tax firm platform and translate it into a clear roadmap • Prioritize problems, manage the backlog, and take ownership of releases • Work closely with developers to determine what is built and in what order • Write specifications, build prototypes, and quickly turn ideas into testable concepts • Visit tax firms and understand their workflows on site • Speak with tax firm owners, employees, and clients, and translate their challenges into product decisions • Decide for each module whether to build it in-house, integrate an existing solution, or establish a partnership • Evaluate options based on product value, cost, speed, and strategic importance • Hold discussions with potential module partners and implement decisions • Develop pricing and packages for different modules • Work closely with Sales and Marketing and provide the product story and sales arguments • Gather market feedback and continuously improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management or startups, ideally in B2B software • At least one experience building something from scratch • Experience with backlog management, release launches, and day-to-day collaboration with developers • Ability to write specifications and build prototypes independently • Ability to develop pricing models independently • Structured, fact-based build-or-buy decision-making • Confidence communicating with both tax firm owners and developers • Willingness to understand the tax firm market through on-site visits and direct interaction • Willingness to take ownership and independently implement initial steps • Business-fluent German • Fluent English
