📋 Description

• Strategically and operationally manage clients from a range of industries, typically working in teams of two or three • Advise C-level executives, heads of communications, and in-house PR managers as a strategic sparring partner • Develop creative, editorially sound PR stories • Pitch PR stories individually to journalists • Actively use the internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and topic scouting • Work with clear KPIs • Maintain daily media contact and provide close client support • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists at key media outlets across the DACH region and Europe

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on PR experience, either at an agency or in-house • Proven track record of placements in leading German media outlets • Experience strategically and operationally managing your own client accounts • Understanding of different media outlets and the ability to develop journalistically precise stories • Established network of journalists in general-interest, business, and trade media • Ability to work independently and willingness to contribute to a knowledge-sharing team • Experience with LLMs or AI workflows • German at C2 level • Professional communication skills in English • Based in Germany
