📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers over the phone. • Inspire customers with Getsafe’s insurance concept and service. • Guide customers through the digital process by phone. • Answer customer questions and identify gaps in current coverage. • Schedule advisory appointments for Sales Consultants. • Contribute ideas to the team’s strategic development and digital advisory services.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a vocational training. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer conversations. • Interest in innovative digital sales structures. • Fluent in German and English. • Customer-facing experience is ideal but not required. • Previous insurance industry experience is not required. • Career changers are welcome.
