📋 Description

• Bring stock records into alignment with physical inventory at the New Jersey warehouse and city shops • Set up and maintain regular stock counts • Establish minimum and maximum levels for parts and plan purchasing • Document warehouse processes including receiving, transfers, write-offs and stock counts • Implement the used parts program, including rebuilding components and returning them to service • Manage the inventory team • Collaborate with developers on the warehouse functionality of the ERP • Define ERP requirements and verify that the system works • Deliver accurate stock records with monthly verification within the first six months • Set minimum and maximum levels for key parts and reduce missing-part emergencies • Return rebuilt parts to service and reduce new-parts purchases

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management • Spare parts, automotive, service or e-commerce experience would suit best • Experience with an ERP or a WMS • Confident with Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to analyze numbers independently • Experience writing processes and getting teams to use them • Use of AI tools in everyday work • English and Russian • At least 4 hours of the working day overlapping with New York • Weighted average or FIFO inventory costing (nice to have) • Experience with bike or scooter fleets (nice to have) • Setting up cycle counts from scratch (nice to have)
