📋 Description

• Work on meaningful projects aligned with the candidate’s major • Collaborate with experienced professionals across functions • Develop leadership and communication skills • Assist with material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization • Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects • Help manage CRM data, sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning • Assist with site planning, progress tracking, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance • Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site • Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination • Support service, resource, and sourcing teams with outage readiness, cost tracking, and resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related STEM field, Business Administration, or a related Management field • Students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety • Strong interest in EHS and quality standards • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, project, or extracurricular activities • Passion for learning, curiosity, and a proactive mindset • Adaptable, open to change, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment • Basic understanding of construction safety principles and key site hazards, including lifting, working at height, electrical work, and confined spaces • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment • Strong communication skills in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for project exposure • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills • High level of integrity and commitment to achieving project goals and customer satisfaction
