📋 Description

• Lead onsite electrical activities, overseeing installation, commissioning, and maintenance of legacy and latest excitation and LCI systems • Diagnose complex technical issues, perform software modifications, and adjust control constants to optimize gas and steam turbine performance • Act as the primary technical contact for plant owners and utility operators • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards • Provide expert advisory services on packaged products • Support business development initiatives • Mentor team members and build collective field capability • Ensure site activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Substantive experience in power plant maintenance or turbine generator commissioning • Strong understanding of industrial control systems and power electronics • Working knowledge of electrical control systems • Familiarity with GE excitation and starter systems such as EX2100e or LS2100e highly valued • Ability to read and interpret complex control documentation, P&IDs, and PLC logic • Ability to troubleshoot critical system issues • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 70%, including international or offshore environments • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French highly valued
