📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Steam Turbine systems • Diagnose and repair equipment • Provide technical guidance to customers and ensure successful aftermarket upgrades • Oversee third-party critical tasks • Perform installation walk-downs and ensure contractor compliance • Enforce GE safety standards and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality work and technical sign-offs • Maintain timely technical reports, job status updates, expense reports, and material logistics documentation • Coach and mentor team members on product and field engineering knowledge • Support project requirements through extensive travel, overtime, and weekend/holiday work • Support core values and vision through proactive task management

🎯 Requirements

• Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with experience in a Field Services role or equivalent qualifications • Experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position • SEP certificate for group 2 - operations • Solid understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters • Strong technical competence in steam turbine and auxiliary services operations, including alignment, balancing, and assessment • Valid driver’s license • English proficiency required • Ability and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+) • Extensive travel, overtime, and weekend/holiday work as necessary
