📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to project managers on quality-related matters • Ensure application of the Project Quality Plan, especially considering offshore-specific requirements • Follow up on project KPIs and establish action plans for deviations • Manage project non-conformities, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal partners • Perform root cause analysis and non-conformance management using PSR/8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, fishbone, and Pareto methods • Drive continuous improvement actions and Lessons Learned • Provide training on tools and processes for non-conformities and Lessons Learned • Perform internal audits • Support the Equipment Quality team in auditing and surveilling subcontractor activities and validating supplier quality plans • Coordinate interfaces among stakeholders • Initially focus on the onshore project package, with potential responsibility for the complete project • Manage customer complaints through resolution • Manage customer surveys, callbacks, and improvement plans • Participate in project reviews, including Engineering and Procurement gate reviews • Work in a portfolio environment on a specific project, reporting to the HVDC Portfolio Leader Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience of leading quality activities in EPC projects • Knowledge and experience of ISO9001 and ISO15288 processes; ISO15288 is a plus • Ability to perform internal and second-party audits; ISO9001 auditing appreciated • Very good Microsoft Excel skills mandatory • IT skills with Microsoft Office, document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar • Smartsheet and Power BI experience is a plus • Degree in Engineering discipline or similar based on experience is a benefit • Good communication and influencing skills • English is required • Minimal German skills required or readiness to learn; fluent German is a strong plus • Willingness to travel
