📋 Description

• Lead facilitation of the risk management process, including identification, assessment, and proactive management of threats and opportunities • Keep risk data up to date according to ISO 31000:2018 industry best practices • Engage project teams in risk management requirements and establish a risk management culture • Develop risk management plans and maintain risk registers • Prepare risk reports and analyses to support management decision-making • Automate and improve the efficiency of risk management processes, tools, and templates • Lead risk workshops with project teams, partners, and clients • Integrate Quantitative Risk Analysis for project cost and schedule • Help management interpret QRA results and make decisions • Ensure consistency of approach and knowledge sharing across projects

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with large & complex engineering focused projects (major infrastructure, rail, highways, oil & gas, nuclear) • Previous experience in consultancy environments • Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCSRA) • Expert with industry tools such as @risk, Safran, ARM, Xactium • Broad and diverse background in Project Management, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or Data analytics • Ability and interest to deep dive into complex analytical issues • Competencies equivalent to PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) • Mastery of MS Office tools, especially Excel • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally, around 30% • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English • German is an advantage
