📋 Description

• You will lead and facilitate the risk management process, including identification, assessment and proactive management of risks (threats and opportunities). • You will ensure that risk data is kept up to date and aligned with industry best practices in accordance with ISO 31000:2018. • You will develop risk management plans, maintain risk registers and produce risk reports and analyses to support management decisions. • You will automate and improve the efficiency of existing risk management processes, tools and templates. • You will lead risk workshops with project teams, partners and clients. • You will integrate quantitative risk analyses (QRA) for cost and schedule into the project, supporting management in interpreting results and making informed decisions. • You will ensure consistency of approach and knowledge transfer across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in large, complex, technically demanding projects (e.g., infrastructure, rail, road construction, oil & gas or nuclear); experience in consulting firms or advisory environments is a plus. • Solid knowledge of quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (QCSRA). • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as @Risk, Safran, ARM or Xactium. • Expertise in fields such as project management, statistics, economics, business administration, engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical) or data analytics. • Ability and willingness to engage deeply with complex analytical challenges. • Qualifications at the level of PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus. • Proficient use of MS Office applications, especially Excel, to support analytical tasks. • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%). • Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
