📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical interface with new nuclear power plant customers in Poland and other European countries before contract for site-specific design • Evaluate customer, country, and site-specific requirements for potential projects • Determine which potential sites are best suited to host BWRX-300 reactors • Determine the work necessary to adapt the standard BWRX-300 design to specific projects • Coordinate site layouts, external hazard screenings, and preliminary heat balances • Bridge efforts between GE Vernova engineering teams, external partners, and customers • Develop delivery schedules, cost estimates, and project responsibility frameworks • Ensure technical alignment from design through commercial operation • Represent engineering, fuel, and services expertise in high-level customer meetings • Translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions • Synthesize customer development strategies and competitive data to inform product offerings • Work with Sales and Product Line Management to maximize competitiveness • Present GE Vernova technology and solutions to customers as a subject matter expert • Interface with varying organizational levels to keep the GEH BWRX-300 product offering aligned with customer expectations • Report to the Technical Sales Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) major • Significant experience in Application or Sales Engineering, Construction Project Management, or similar large-scale project management with a strong customer-facing focus • Excellent proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken, including technical terminology • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Poland • Field experience working on new nuclear power plant projects preferred • Knowledge of nuclear power systems, controls, equipment, and international nuclear regulatory frameworks preferred • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build effective networks to drive project efficiency preferred • Resident of Poland with unrestricted legal authorization to work in the country • Must be a citizen of a country on the U.S. Department of Energy’s List of Generally Authorized Countries (10 CFR Part 810 Appendix A), unless a specific authorization is obtained
