📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform using development best practices. • Support the configuration and customization of modules such as App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM. • Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers. • Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. • Support the integration of the ServiceNow platform with internal and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs. • Participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies and collaborate on the continuous improvement of processes. • Keep activities and tasks up to date in Jira. • Pursue ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript development. • Experience with App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules. • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. • Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. • Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling. • Familiarity with web development concepts. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to learn continuously and an interest in developing enterprise solutions. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A plus: Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal. • A plus: Knowledge of microservices-based integrations.
