📋 Description

• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing strategies. • Design and execute tests for applications based on Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Assess the quality of AI-generated responses based on accuracy, coherence, tone, safety, and bias criteria. • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites. • Validate solutions integrated with RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and vector databases. • Perform testing of APIs, backend services, and integrations between systems. • Identify risks, defects, and edge cases related to AI model behavior. • Perform data integrity, reconciliation, and quality validations. • Coordinate regression testing related to releases, fixes, and infrastructure changes. • Collaborate with development, product, and business analysis teams to ensure solution testability. • Conduct defect analysis and prioritization based on business impact. • Monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and automation levels. • Prepare executive reports and continuous improvement recommendations. • Support production incident investigations and root cause analyses. • Mentor team members and promote software quality best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Engineering. • Experience in senior or technical QA leadership roles. • Advanced or fluent English for daily communication. • Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and performance testing strategies. • Experience with test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar tools. • Knowledge of development using Java and Python. • Experience with API automation and validation. • Knowledge of database queries, data validation, and reconciliation. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) architecture and behavior. • Experience with Prompt Engineering and evaluating AI-generated responses. • Knowledge of LangChain and/or LangGraph. • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. • Knowledge of vector databases and similarity searches. • Knowledge of integration protocols and testing tools connected via MCP. • Knowledge of security, bias, and AI system validation testing methodologies. • Preferred: experience in securitization, capital markets, or financial assets. • Preferred: experience testing complex financial platforms. • Preferred: advanced knowledge of embeddings, tokenization, attention mechanisms, and LLM inference. • Preferred: experience testing agentic solutions (AI Agents). • Preferred: knowledge of monitoring AI model quality at scale. • Preferred: experience in technical leadership and developing QA teams. • Preferred: experience with AI and Machine Learning tools applied to test automation.
