📋 Description

• Develop and support applications on the ServiceNow platform using development best practices. • Support the configuration and customization of modules such as App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM. • Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers. • Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. • Support integrations between the ServiceNow platform and internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Keep activities up to date in Jira. • Pursue ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies. • Identify technical risks. • Estimate the effort required for requests and tasks. • Work on Bradesco projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of JavaScript development. • Hands-on experience developing with the App Engine, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and Service Portal modules on the ServiceNow platform. • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. • Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and microservices. • Knowledge of databases and data modeling. • Familiarity with web development concepts. • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to learn continuously and an interest in developing enterprise solutions. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
