📋 Description

• Maintain and support the GTPayroll and GTFgts systems and the Operations Center • Resolve tickets not completed by first-level support by investigating logs, databases, and operation history • Fix defects at the source, creating automated tests for reported cases • Monitor the health of APIs and external integrations • Diagnose stuck queues, dead-letter messages, and failed jobs • Communicate diagnoses clearly to the Customer Service and Operations teams • Document recurring issues so first-level support can resolve them • Reduce on-call escalations by treating recurring issues as defects to be fixed

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in Java/Spring code not written by the candidate, identify the root cause of defects, and fix them without breaking the rest of the system • Production investigation skills, including log analysis, request tracing, and reconstructing history from data • SQL for investigative queries, including joins between operational and event tables • Practical understanding of HTTP, authentication, and webhooks • Understanding of queues and scheduled jobs to diagnose and reprocess stuck messages • Availability for on-call rotations and work outside business hours during critical incidents and maintenance windows • Sufficient English proficiency to read technical documentation and error messages • At least 2 years of experience in software development or production application support and maintenance • Clean Code and automated testing applied to fixes • AI-assisted development, including coding assistants and LLMs for log analysis, in accordance with data security guidelines • Previous experience in application support and maintenance, N2 support, or SRE is a plus • Python for diagnostic and automation scripts is a plus • Knowledge of AWS (SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and RDS) is a plus • Experience with observability tools is a plus • Experience working with SLAs and ticketing systems is a plus • Experience in credit, payroll-deducted loans, FGTS, or payment methods is a plus
