📋 Description

• Support, enhance, and modernize existing functionality • Analyze legacy Delphi code and business rules implemented in the database • Support the decoupling of monolithic routines • Propose technical improvements without compromising product stability • Implement bug fixes, enhancements, and new features • Support the documentation of business rules and technical specifications • Participate in technical and functional refinement sessions • Support investigations into incidents, performance issues, and business inconsistencies • Work collaboratively with QA, Product, Architecture, and other development teams • Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Delphi development • Experience maintaining, enhancing, and refactoring legacy systems • Knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server • Ability to analyze stored procedures, queries, data models, and business rules implemented in the database • Experience with Git • Experience with Jira or an equivalent work management tool • Ability to work with highly complex legacy code • Strong analytical skills for understanding tax, accounting, payroll, or other business rules • Experience fixing bugs, improving performance, and delivering functional enhancements • Strong communication skills when working with Product, QA, Support, and Architecture teams • Ability to document technical decisions and identified business rules • Knowledge of or experience with .NET Core/C# • Experience with modernization, migration, or monolith-decoupling projects • Experience with REST APIs • Knowledge of software architecture, separation of responsibilities, and layered design • Experience using AI tools in software development • Knowledge of ERP, payroll, tax, accounting, or ancillary tax reporting systems • Knowledge of CI/CD • Experience with static code analysis, dependency mapping, or assisted refactoring
