📋 Description

• Support maintenance, enhancement and modernization of existing functionality • Analyze legacy Delphi code and business rules implemented in the database • Support the decoupling of routines from the monolith • Propose technical improvements without compromising product stability • Implement fixes, improvements and new features • Support technical documentation of business rules • Participate in technical and functional refinement sessions • Support investigations of incidents, performance issues and business inconsistencies • Work collaboratively with QA, Product, Architecture and other developers • Use AI tools responsibly to increase productivity, analysis and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Delphi development • Experience maintaining, evolving and refactoring legacy systems • Knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server • Ability to analyze stored procedures, queries, data modeling and business rules implemented in the database • Experience with Git • Experience with Jira or an equivalent demand/issue management tool • Good analytical skills to understand tax, accounting, payroll/labor or business rules • Experience in bug fixing, performance improvement and functional enhancement • Good communication with Product, QA, support/maintenance and Architecture teams • Ability to document technical decisions and identified rules • Desired knowledge or experience in .NET Core / C# • Experience in modernization, migration or monolith decoupling projects • Experience with REST APIs • Knowledge of software architecture, separation of concerns and layering • Experience with AI tools applied to development • Knowledge of ERP systems, payroll, tax, accounting or statutory compliance • Knowledge of CI/CD • Experience with static code analysis, dependency mapping or assisted refactoring
