📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js / React, NestJS, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL • Implement reliable, scalable APIs and data models • Contribute to front-end components and user experience improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize for scalability and maintainability • Document features, APIs, and workflows clearly and consistently

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development • Strong proficiency in: Next.js / React (front-end components, hooks, and state management) • NestJS (modular backend APIs with TypeScript) • TypeORM (entities, migrations, query builder) • PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization) • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD workflows, and software best practices • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you work well in collaborative, remote teams • Nice to Have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Pulumi • Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Airflow or AWS Glue • Exposure to AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, Secrets Manager, etc.) • Background in healthcare technology or regulated data environments (HIPAA/PHI)
