📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using an AI-first approach • Incorporate artificial intelligence tools into the development lifecycle to increase productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency • Contribute to solution architecture and data modeling • Implement automated tests and optimize performance • Apply software engineering, security, and scalability best practices • Use AI tools for code generation, review, testing, and refactoring • Take technical ownership of the solutions developed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with backend development and building REST APIs • Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Clojure or Java, although any technology stack is acceptable • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Experience with Git, automated testing, and software development best practices • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) • Ability to use AI for code generation, review, refactoring, and testing, with critical validation of the results • AI-first mindset, focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement
