📋 Description

• Lead the development of Claroty’s xDome Secure Access (XSA), a secure remote access solution for critical industrial environments. • Drive a high-performing team of developers and foster technical ownership, a security-first mindset, and continuous delivery. • Lead the design and implementation of secure access features integrating IT and OT networks. • Oversee scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures for global enterprise scale. • Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring. • Promote team professional growth, code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment. • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of building complex systems in Python. • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption). • Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data. • Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude, to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving. • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. • Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, K8s) is a plus. • Experience in the cybersecurity industry, specifically in Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM), is a plus.
