📋 Description

• Support the audit of Payroll and Billing • Support creation and management of Billing related reports • Generate bills to clients using various cost reports • Ensure accuracy on all client bills • Keep client information confidential • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies • Process credit memos or billing adjustments when necessary • Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience, including AP and Billing • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong English verbal and written communication skills • Foreign currency to USD conversion experience preferred, but not required
