📋 Description

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documentation, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications • Organize and maintain employee records in G-P’s proprietary platform • Process forms related to new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations • Administer benefits and collaborate with brokers and insurers on benefits enrollment • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to the payroll team and local payroll provider • Conduct data-change audits and checks to ensure accurate and timely payments • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain current SOPs and policies • Communicate with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns • Follow established SLAs and SOPs to ensure service excellence • Liaise with partners and vendors, including insurance, local service, payroll, and pension providers, and coordinate with internal G-P teams • Serve as the first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable) • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies • Experience working within a Shared Services environment • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region • Experience working with Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland would be an advantage • Excellent customer service skills • Proficient in written and verbal English • Literacy with MS Office • Proactive test-and-learn mindset and ability to quickly master and deploy new AI features and platforms • AI literacy, including ability to integrate generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM into daily workflows • Resourceful problem-solving abilities • Experience in stakeholder management • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills • Ability to work in an international, multicultural team • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is an added advantage
