📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team supporting clients across their transaction reporting requirements • Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient and timely resolution • Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day to day reporting issues • Take part in client training sessions and site visits • Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution • Support validation and UAT activity relating to issue resolution • Drive operational strategy, automation and data quality initiatives across the managed services function • Manage client specific projects and deliverables • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a team within a transaction reporting environment • Strong client facing background, ideally within financial services, securities finance experience an advantage • Working knowledge of transaction reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC or SFTR • Comfortable grasping technical concepts and working alongside technology teams • Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of SQL and APIs • Familiarity with other vendor or regulatory reporting systems useful
