⢠Lead and manage a team supporting clients across their transaction reporting requirements ⢠Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient and timely resolution ⢠Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day to day reporting issues ⢠Take part in client training sessions and site visits ⢠Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution ⢠Support validation and UAT activity relating to issue resolution ⢠Drive operational strategy, automation and data quality initiatives across the managed services function ⢠Manage client specific projects and deliverables ⢠Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
⢠Experience managing a team within a transaction reporting environment ⢠Strong client facing background, ideally within financial services, securities finance experience an advantage ⢠Working knowledge of transaction reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC or SFTR ⢠Comfortable grasping technical concepts and working alongside technology teams ⢠Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of SQL and APIs ⢠Familiarity with other vendor or regulatory reporting systems useful
