📋 Description

• Translate strategy, roadmap priorities, and customer/business problems into clear product requirements for new and existing modules • Define features end-to-end, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications • Partner daily with R&D and QA from requirement clarification through release • Work directly with enterprise customers and field teams to validate solutions and gather feedback • Lead customer-facing product marketing content, including webinars, training, and release communications, mainly in English • Track initiatives, communicate status and risk, and use usage data and feedback to shape future priorities • Report to the Director of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud product company • Proven ownership of a feature or module end-to-end, from problem definition through development, testing, and release • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable presenting and leading webinars in front of large, US-based audiences • Skilled at translating customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Comfortable working closely with R&D and QA on a daily basis, even without a technical background • Organized, independent, and curious, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders on your own • Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy
