📋 Description

• Manage product activities throughout the entire product lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment • Own roadmap strategy and build the product backlog • Define and execute product functionality with the R&D team using Agile methodology • Conduct market and competitive analysis using deep cybersecurity expertise • Drive product strategy • Define and drive AI-driven product capabilities • Shape AI's role within the cybersecurity domain • Own decisions regarding model behavior, accuracy tradeoffs, and workflow integration • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and customers to gain market insights • Help drive revenue and ensure ongoing product success • Lead the technical roadmap and define product specifications involving security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and attacker mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience (Inbound & Outbound) • Hands-on cybersecurity expertise, such as research or red teaming • Proven experience with enterprise-grade Cloud/SaaS software (Must) • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing, or endpoint protection • Experience designing or shipping AI/ML-driven product features, including ownership of product decisions around them • Experience in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and analytics • Expertise in Agile development methodology, including building and prioritizing product backlogs • Outstanding communication and project management skills • Fluent English • Passion for solving complex technical problems
