📋 Description

• Own and deliver against the squad's Key Results from problem framing through launch and readout • Learn quickly, ship frequently, and set clear assessment criteria before building • Engage with customers, review feedback, and prioritize based on customer problems • Design and run experiments, write hypotheses, partner with engineering and design, and interpret results • Use AI for data analysis, UX design iteration, prototyping, and code where appropriate • Partner across time zones with engineering, design, marketing, and support • Communicate clearly in writing and keep decisions visible

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience • Track record of shipping measurable results • Experience running A/B tests or other experiments from hypothesis to decision • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity • Growth mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement • Ability to pull relevant data independently and interpret it • Practical AI fluency • Strong written and asynchronous communication skills • Comfort working with teammates in other time zones • Marketplace experience (preferred) • Experience with domains, web presence, or e-commerce (preferred) • Experience building for small business owners growing online (preferred) • Experience with financial or investing tools (preferred)
