📋 Description

• Audit BIM and CAD deliverables received from external A/E and contractor teams • Upgrade and standardize models and drawings to align with current owner standards • Integrate discipline-specific content into owner Master Models • Troubleshoot technical BIM/CAD issues, develop practical solutions, and document resolutions for inclusion in team procedures and the departmental manual • Maintain and update centralized drawing and model libraries • Support internal stakeholders by fulfilling drawing and model requests • Analyze legacy CAD files and map older standards to current standards • Track work status and contribute to operational metrics and KPIs • Participate in coordination, progress, and status meetings • Contribute to templates, documentation, and workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD • Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or facilities environments • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or CAD, or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and owner BIM/CAD standards • Experience working with deliverables received from external consultants or contractors • Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a structured, standards-driven environment • Dynamo, PyRevit, automation or scripting • Navisworks, Civil 3D • ACC/BIM 360 project setup, bridging, and issue tracking • Experience with legacy drawings and long-lifecycle assets • Familiarity with record, closeout, or facilities deliverables
