📋 Description

• Own meaningful product areas from discovery through delivery • Translate customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear experience direction • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and designers to define, test and ship polished product experiences at scale • Use qualitative and quantitative insight to make design decisions and improve outcomes • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications and production-ready documentation • Design workflows, edge cases and failure states for complex customer tasks • Strengthen design-system adoption and shared patterns across surfaces, devices and locales • Lead through ambiguity by iterating quickly, using feedback and raising quality through critique, pairing and clear rationale • Support junior designers and partner teams with practical design guidance • Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy or similarly complex digital product environments • An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution and measurable product impact; applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Proven experience across research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design and usability testing • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, including hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility and product quality • Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product experience decisions • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, intelligent interfaces, modern design tooling and fast prototyping practices • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and designers • Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions, incorporating feedback and persuading through rationale, evidence and craft • Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and ability to bridge design and code • Curiosity about users, data, systems, new tools, emerging technologies and improved team workflows
