📋 Description

• Own features end to end, from PRD to production and outcome evaluation • Design and operate reliable distributed systems, including message queues, background workers, schedulers, and third-party platform API integrations • Build data pipelines that gather and enrich millions of social data points and metrics from many sources • Build infrastructure for fast analytics over large-scale data • Process media at scale, including image and video upload, transformation, generation, and delivery • Ship backend APIs and frontend UI • Integrate AI into the product where it improves outcomes • Identify and fix issues proactively • Build and improve Social Planner features for post publishing, scheduling, automation, engagement, insights, and multi-platform integration

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and operating production distributed systems • Experience with large-scale data engineering: ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehousing (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake or similar), and analytics over billions of rows • Social listening, NLP or sentiment analysis is a big plus • Strong fundamentals in any language • TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Vue.js experience • Customer-first mindset • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and daily use of AI coding tools • Ability to explain AI coding workflow and stand behind the output • Genuine passion for software and following the industry
