📋 Description

• Own the technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the GoMining Platform. • Build scalable shared infrastructure used across multiple products and engineering teams. • Define which capabilities should be centralized at Platform level and which should remain within individual product teams. • Drive major architectural and technical decisions. • Identify scalability and architectural bottlenecks before they become business-critical. • Balance long-term platform investments with immediate product and commercial priorities. • Own platform reliability, availability, latency, scalability, and operational performance. • Define and improve SLAs, DORA metrics, engineering performance, and incident-management practices. • Improve release stability, engineering velocity, and system resilience. • Lead post-incident improvements and eliminate systemic reliability issues. • Own shared authentication, authorization, registration, and 2FA infrastructure. • Develop common account controls, user restrictions, security mechanisms, integrations, shared backend capabilities, analytics and event infrastructure, and common infrastructure across web and native applications. • Partner with Product, Design, Security, and engineering teams on cross-company capabilities. • Work directly with product leaders, General Managers, and C-level stakeholders to connect technology decisions with growth, revenue, conversion, customer experience, and product velocity. • Prioritize engineering initiatives based on technical risk and business impact. • Lead and develop the Platform engineering organization, including team structure, hiring, performance, priorities, and execution. • Build engineering ownership and accountability; develop technical leaders; raise the technical and execution bar. • Actively use AI tools and agents, introduce AI-assisted workflows, automate repetitive engineering work, and integrate AI into the engineering operating model.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining site operations or similar high-density data environments. • Strong understanding of ASIC miner architecture, firmware, and diagnostics. • Skilled in electrical and low-voltage systems, cabling, and power distribution. • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, monitoring tools). • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and electrical schematics. • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. • Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor conditions. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed.
