📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including reporting, budgeting, payments control, and financial analysis • Work closely with senior finance managers, accounting, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the business • Process cost data, check information, select correct expense categories, and record transactions in the accounting system • Check and review corporate bank card reports, analyze transactions, verify compliance with company policies, and record data correctly in the accounting system • Collect invoices for company transactions on time and verify they are properly prepared and contain all required information • Prepare quarterly reports on specific company expenses and additional reports requested by management • Support the period-end closing process and prepare financial data for reporting • Support payroll processing, collaborate with involved stakeholders, verify calculations, and record payroll transactions in the accounting system

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) • Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) • Strong analytical skills and attention to details • Native Ukrainian (spoken and written) • English - B1 or higher • Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines • Good communication skills and willingness to learn • Knowledge of the specifics of accounting and payroll processes would be an advantage • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application in the financial sector will be an advantage
