📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, including vision, roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution oversight across multiple product areas. • Lead and coordinate product initiatives involving complex, interdependent components and platform capabilities. • Define and manage requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. • Drive platform evolution and modernization efforts, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless transitions. • Oversee product workstreams related to data architecture, APIs, integrations, analytics, and core platform services. • Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, performance, and value delivery. • Act as the primary product liaison across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. • Champion data-driven decision-making and user-centric product design while balancing technical and business constraints. • Ensure product decisions support broader operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments. • Proven experience managing complex products with multiple interconnected domains and stakeholders. • Strong technical understanding of data architectures, APIs, integrations, and ETL/ELT pipelines. • Experience leading platform modernization or migration initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to define and track product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs. • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences. • Experience working with analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting layers. • Familiarity with ERP systems and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. • Background or exposure to AI/ML-based products, document processing, or OCR solutions is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 required). • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to perform in fast-paced, evolving environments.
