📋 Description

• Organize and coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of healthcare IT and AI-powered solutions • Create and maintain project plans and timelines • Track progress against milestones and manage resource updates • Coordinate go-live readiness activities with internal teams and clients • Develop and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications • Organize and document project meetings, minutes, and action items

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field • 2-5 years experience in project coordination in healthcare IT • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana) • Excellent communication and documentation skills • PMP/CAPM certification or experience with Agile methodologies (nice to have) • Knowledge of healthcare compliance or clinical workflows (nice to have)
