📋 Description

• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and our clients' needs. • Develop high-quality interface designs, considering usability, accessibility, and user experience. • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions. • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Designer (Mid-level) • Proven minimum 5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or related area, working on digital products and/or mobile apps • Knowledge of research techniques • Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) • Interaction Designer • Information Architecture, or related area, for digital products and/or mobile apps • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract • Experience with design thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate rapid definition of user needs • Experience in design research methodologies and human-centered design principles • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams • Adaptability to changing priorities or evolving needs, with openness and agility • Experience working on UX/UI for web systems • Experience with modern web design techniques • Knowledge of Motion Design • Experience with modern web design techniques • Knowledge of Motion Design
