📋 Description

• Assist in completing standard journal entries and managing the closing calendar to meet reporting deadlines • Assist with reconciliations for all month-end balance sheet accounts • Perform detailed analyses of general ledger accounts and selected cost centers • Review general ledger activity for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness • Interpret trends or deviations and recommend corrective action • Perform bank and reporting uploads weekly • Support accounting and cross-functional projects as needed • Prepare monthly closing reports • Provide exemplary accounting service to a growing client base of small to mid-size companies

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Has 3 to 5 years of US accounting experience • Has multi-client experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Experience with numerous different software solutions • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to respond to and meet client requests promptly and professionally • Ability to recognize and protect confidential and sensitive information and exercise strict discretion • Ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills • Organized and detail oriented • Flexible and able to pivot when priorities change • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and take initiative • Efficient working in a 100% remote environment • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision • Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps • Dedicated private, quiet home office area • Power and internet backup is a must
