📋 Description

• Prepare audit reports and similar deliverables • Present audit findings to stakeholders • Perform risk management and tax compliance tasks • Share best practices • Perform financial planning and analysis tasks • Represent clients with applicable agencies as required • Build customer relationships to promote and expand the business • Prepare financial reports and statements • Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations • Conduct cyclical audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field • CPA preferred but not required • Non-Profit experience required • Exposure to working with US-based firms • Flexibility with working hours • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience using accounting and bookkeeping tools and software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Keen attention to detail • Data-driven and results-oriented • Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps • Dedicated private, quiet home office workspace • Power and internet backup is a must
