📋 Description

• Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, the open source ecosystem, and industry trends • Follow up on inbound leads • Conduct proactive outreach to target accounts through email, social media, and phone • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research • Research and customize outreach to prospects via email and LinkedIn • Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals • Meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams • Help users and prospects navigate their Grafana journey and provide appropriate resources and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Clear and concise written and verbal communication style • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize many tasks and demands • Resourceful and proactive in an evolving environment • Open to feedback and coaching • Located in the Netherlands • Willingness and ability to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality
