📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams about product and competitive landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create enablement materials • Educate prospective and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction • Serve as a communication bridge among customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of products • Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Must be located in Israel
