📋 Description

• Influence the roadmap and personal career objectives • Collaborate with the team to deliver new features and iterate based on results • Drive projects from ideation through operations after customer release • Contribute to open-source projects beyond the team’s direct scope • Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems • Own system reliability, performance, and availability • Participate in on-call rotations and own operated services • Mentor and support team members • Participate in design discussions and collaborate with teammates • Develop deeper understanding of Grafana Cloud, customers, and a large distributed-system codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with at least one programming language; Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar • Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and ideation through product shipment • Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or experience with systems engineering • Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software • Motivated self-starter with a bias toward action • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to break down complex challenges into modular solutions and iterate using feedback • Good communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setup • Independent attitude • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations • Ability to work from Spain
