📋 Description

• Develop realistic clinical nutrition and dietetics cases and benchmark tasks • Review longitudinal charts, dietary history, laboratory results, diagnoses, medications, and clinical notes • Identify nutrition-related risks, contradictions, omissions, and documentation gaps • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, nutritional appropriateness, safety, and quality of reasoning • Create gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions • Assess recommendations related to nutrition support, therapeutic diets, malnutrition, diabetes, chronic disease, and discharge planning • Review calorie, protein, fluid, and micronutrient recommendations where relevant • Apply structured rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, terminology, documentation quality, and patient-safety implications • Collaborate across multidisciplinary scenarios involving physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Incorporate calibration feedback and refine tasks through iterative review cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Clinical Nutrition • Active or recently held professional registration, license, or recognized credential appropriate to the candidate’s country • Approximately 3+ years of professional clinical dietetics experience • Current or recent clinical practice within the last 3 years • Strong experience with nutrition assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation • Ability to interpret medical history, laboratory data, medications, and nutrition-related risk factors • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to identify unsafe or inappropriate nutrition recommendations • Strong written English and ability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning
