📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, applying the Grantek Project Management Methodology to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects. • Lead and cultivate multidisciplinary project teams toward successful project outcomes. • Mentor and guide team members and project resources. • Monitor project performance against established scorecard metrics. • Deliver projects meeting or exceeding scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. • Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and exceptional service for clients and project teams. • Conduct regular project review meetings to assess progress and overcome organizational obstacles. • Develop and promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment. • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams on project execution, resource planning, and business objectives. • Drive accountability, communication, and alignment among project stakeholders. • Support continuous improvement and advance project management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses at least one of the following: B.Sc. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management. • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a project-based environment. • Candidate must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia. • Flexible with travel, which can be expected to be up to 30% across the region (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA). • Be flexible regarding working overtime and non-business hours when required.
