📋 Description

• Oversee the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team • Implement structural, cultural, and operational changes to delivery processes • Improve processes, especially customer integration workflows • Oversee client delivery activity and report on the health of ongoing projects • Escalate issues and personally unblock complex situations • Manage team workload, accounts, planning, rituals, and performance • Manage implementation projects for selected accounts • Analyze ETRMs, billing systems, ERPs, CRMs, and client data representations • Design robust data and integration pipelines with the SaaS portfolio management platform • Participate in integration implementation through scripting when necessary • Identify and deliver project, process, and customer-resolution improvements • Identify opportunities for platform upselling and new platform capabilities • Contribute to product and cross-functional projects

🎯 Requirements

• STEM education • Experience of SaaS implementation or practical experience figuring out complex business processes from data and analysis, such as business analyst, consultant, or auditor • Industry experience ideally in energy, commodity trading, banking, or at SaaS vendors • Experience managing a team, including performance assessment and assigning workload • Excellent remote communication skills and ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail • Knowledge of a scripting language, preferably Python • Ability to drive LLMs in a controlled way to automate workflows • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Experience in startup and/or remote environments is a strong plus • Knowledge of energy-industry systems, including energy retail CRM, ETRM, front-to-back solutions, accounting software, and utility business processes
